Prepare a tall glass full of crushed ice then add the Vodka, next add the Bailey's Irish Cream, next add the Raspberry liqueur, next add the Creme de Cacao. Shake or stir, strain into martini glass with a small amount of Chambord in the bottom- let the mixture float on the chambord- do not mix.
