Booze
3 parts Sparkling white wine
2 parts Cognac
Mixers
1 part Sugar syrup
1 part Lemon juice
Garnishes
Ice
Lemon peel
Directions
In a shaker full of ice add the Cognac,then the Lemon juice, then the Sugar syrup, and shake. Strain contents into a champagne flute. Top with sparking white wine and garnish with a lemon peel.
