Muddle the leaves in the simple syrup and juice of one lime. Fill with ice. Add vodka, stir and top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.

i was bummed because i wanted a mojito and didn't have any rum, but this is tasty! i used sugar instead of simple syrup and lemon/lime seltzer. - appleve(994 days ago)
