Prepare a martini glass with a cocoa rim by dipping rim of glass in irish cream and then in cocoa powder. Freeze glass while mixing the rest of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. You can also use white chocolate liqueur for an added special smoothness. I've mixed this up in large batches so all I have to do is shake and pour at a party. Its been a great hit! But be careful...no non-alcoholic mixers here! hehe
