In a shaker with ice add the Vanilla vodka, Creme de Cacao, Irish cream, Milk, and Powdered cocoa. You can alter the quantities depending how strong you want it to be.

Drizzle the Chocolate Syrup in a nice star pattern (or get more creative) on the sides of a martini glass.

Cap the shaker and shake until you're satisfied. Pour it into the martini glass. Top with a pinch of cocoa powder.
