Drizzle some caramel topping onto the inside of a martini glass.

Combine Vodka and Bailey's (caramel flavored version if available) with ice into a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Pour into the Martini glass. Dust the top of the glass with cocoa powder and garnish with an apple slice.
