Into a cocktail shaker add the amaretto, juice of a whole lemon and egg white (optional). Shake with ice vigourously. Pour over ice in a short glass. Garnish with a cherry! Easy-peasy, but oh so good! Oh, and if it's too sour for you, just add a little brown sugar when you shake it!
