Add the Bacardi 151 and the Vodka into a shaker and mix well for a minute or so. Fill each shot glass to half, then add the Grapefruit Juice and the Lemon Juice allowing it to mix and swirl with the alcohol. If possible the juices should be freshly squeezed.

The result is a hard-hitting punch in the liver that will leave you and your friends locked in a drinking contest before you can say "Agh! I'm melting!"
