chill a cocktail glass slightly in the freezer for just a minute or two, or fill glass with ice, chill and discard ice. gently shake together the Vodka, the Sweet Vermouth, the Butterscotch Schnapps, the light Creme de Cacao, and the Sugar syrup with ice and strain into chilled glass rimmed with Chocolate Syrup (i prefer Magic Shell). add a splash of Chocolate Liqueur (dark) in the center for a cloudy effect.
