I put two or three spoonfulls of suger at the bottom of a tall glass. Then I add lime 3 oz of lime juice and stir until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Next I pour 4 oz of sugar cane rum (10 kane). Mix some more. Add Ice to the top of the glass. Then add a bit of water, not even an ounce. stir some more. sip, repeat, drunk.
