Prepare a BRANDY BALLOON with 3 parts of GREEN CHARTREUSE HERBAL LIQUEUR and 2.5 parts of BLUE CURACAO. Lay BRANDY BALLOON on its side on the bar and turn the lights down low.

Use a match to ignite the liquor and let sit for 20 seconds.
(the flame should sit just over the liquor)

Then while still lit, take a SPIRIT GLASS and pour the contents of the BRANDY BALLOON into the fresh glass from a 'safe' height.

Serve immediately.
