Prepare a tall glass add the Absinthe, next add the Brandy, next add the Ginger ale. Be sure to use genuine Absinthe. The real stuff does NOT contain thujone. While Absinthe got a bad rap around the turn of the Century, being blamed for causing insanity and death, again, politics trumped science.

This much maligned drink will re-emerge in the 21st century, and those lucky enough to drink it will see why artists and poets (and their lovers) loved absinthe
