Fill a tall rocks glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 shots of Vodka and a half shot of Triple Sec (or Cointreau). Add equal parts Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice and Cranberry Juice. Mix using a shaker. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
