put two sugar cubes (sugar syrup) in the bottom of your pint glass. add two limes. muddle the suggar and limes into a paste. add 7-10 mint leaves and a small scoop of ice. muddle the ice and mint for a few seconds, trying to mix the mint throughout. Add a biggish scoop off ice, and add rum. muddle a bit. add mango puree. add some ice and muddle a tiny bit. fill to the top with ice. add water to the top. now you can either shake or use a straw to mix the drink up a bit. I prefer to use the straw that you will be serving w/ the drink to stir up the contents a bit. garnish with lime. enjoy the taste of cuba!
